Volume 2, Number 1 Issue of the #ISOJ Journal

This second volume, first issue features six articles from the research papers that were peer-reviewed and selected for presentation at the April 2010 and April 2011 symposia. This issue focuses on the changing role of the journalist in today’s news organizations, the level of interactivity and multimedia features being offered on newspaper websites, the role of commentary and discourse in online news sites from Spain, the digital changes underway in the French press, the impact of Twitter, and the transformations underway in Egyptian newsrooms.
